Ayo is a hugely experienced personal fitness and nutrition coach, with a stellar record of results since 1998. He graduated with a degree in Sports Science and earned and upheld his NSCA-CSCS and L2 Precision Nutrition certifications, amongst many others. Alongside consistently going the extra mile for his clients, he managed and mentored teams of trainers for 15 years in Mayfair, Central London, before working for Precision Nutrition. He set up ‘Achieve Your Objective Training + Nutrition’ in 2017 to bring two decades of expertise and success to a far wider audience
His stated goal is to “help people get into fantastic shape and health, through detailed assessment, personalised coaching and honest, consistent, motivational feedback.” His own journey in fitness has been a rollercoaster of highs and lows, from recovering in hospital from a devastating Crohn’s disease related operation in 1999 to completing the Marathon des Sables in 2011. Both extremes taught him much about the power of a ‘can-do’ mindset, and knowing when (and how) to ask for help, and the power of systems, habits and ‘small-steps’… leading to big achievements.
